Refund Policy

Our refund policy is quite simple.

If you believe you accidentally signed up for a paid Infofluencer subscription, you can contact us from within the app or send an email to destek@infofluencer.co.

For monthly subscriptions, if you cancel your subscription and contact us within 3 days after the invoice is created, the amount you paid may be reviewed and refunded.

For annual subscriptions, requests submitted within 14 days of the invoice date will be considered.

For accidental duplicate payments or transactions resulting from technical errors, a refund may be issued after the necessary review.

Requests made outside the specified periods and after access to the service has been provided are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of digital services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refund is issued for the unused portion.
